Free Windows Health Monitor lets you monitor the CPU, memory, disk, network utilization, response time, and other parameters of multiple PCs/servers. It has a nice dashboard that shows the top 3 systems memory, CPU, disk utilization along with their name and IP address details. Colour-coded alerts shows important messages and systems with high resource utilization.
